It happens — sometimes priorities change and a coach can no longer commit their time in club. That’s completely ok, and when they’re ready to return, we’ll be ready to welcome them back.
When a coach steps back, it’s important that their members are still looked after in club and that retail payments continue without disruption. We’ve made this easy.
Here’s how it works:
👤 Simply remove the coach and we’ll take care of the rest.
🔍 In the background, we automatically check for an upline coach (at any level).
⬆️ If an upline exists, members are reassigned to them.
🏠 If there’s no upline, members are automatically assigned to the club owner.
🔁 If the coach returns to the coaching programme, they’ll be re-invited just like the first time. Any members will then need to be manually reassigned back to them.
✅ Smooth transitions, no lost members, and everything stays covered.
