We’ll continue using trackers in club to record daily weight changes and full body measurements and composition after every 10 visits. That part isn’t changing — numbers are still written on the tracker as usual. What is changing is what happens next… Instead of using a calculator to work out progress, you’ll now enter those numbers into the app. From there, the app will: 🧮 Automatically calculate differences and progress ⏱️ Speed up the time it takes to total numbers ⭐ Make it easy to spot the key number for your recognition boards ⚖️ Weight per visit (optional but recommended) You can now log weight on every visit. It’s optional, but we strongly encourage it. This data is plotted on a graph, helping members zoom out and see how far they’ve really come. When things feel like they’ve slowed and they fixate on +100 / -200 fluctuations, the trend shows the bigger picture and confirms they’re moving in the right direction. 📱 Instant weight conversions We’re often asked, “What’s my weight in stone and lbs?” No more Googling. Just tap the weight change in kg and the app will instantly show: Stone & lbs lbs Stone Much cleaner. Much more professional. 🎄 Important: retrospective data Data can be added retrospectively. It happens — sometimes priorities change and a coach can no longer commit their time in club. That’s completely ok, and when they’re ready to return, we’ll be ready to welcome them back. When a coach steps back, it’s important that their members are still looked after in club and that retail payments continue without disruption. We’ve made this easy. Here’s how it works: 👤 Simply remove the coach and we’ll take care of the rest. 🔍 In the background, we automatically check for an upline coach (at any level). ⬆️ If an upline exists, members are reassigned to them. 🏠 If there’s no upline, members are automatically assigned to the club owner. 🔁 If the coach returns to the coaching programme, they’ll be re-invited just like the first time. Any members will then need to be manually reassigned back to them. ✅ Smooth transitions, no lost members, and everything stays covered.

You can now see exactly who’s currently in club right from your dashboard! 🙌 Even if you’re already there, this is super useful for coaches or multiple club owners who want to check who’s in before they walk through the door. Here’s what’s new: 👥 Live member list on the dashboard shows everyone currently signed in. 📊 This also helps improve occupancy accuracy and forecasting, so members aren’t accidentally left signed in after closing time. 🚪 From a member’s profile, you can now sign them out and even set what time they left — it doesn’t need to be exact, just better than them staying “in” overnight! ✏️ You can also edit or delete visits directly from their profile. 💡 And a handy little addition — you’ll now see the member’s coach listed under their name, so you know whose shelf or box to grab products from when taking payments. ✅ This is live now — check your dashboard and give it a try today!
