We’ll continue using trackers in club to record daily weight changes and full body measurements and composition after every 10 visits. That part isn’t changing — numbers are still written on the tracker as usual.

What is changing is what happens next…

Instead of using a calculator to work out progress, you’ll now enter those numbers into the app. From there, the app will:

⭐ Make it easy to spot the key number for your recognition boards

⚖️ Weight per visit (optional but recommended)

You can now log weight on every visit. It’s optional, but we strongly encourage it.
This data is plotted on a graph, helping members zoom out and see how far they’ve really come. When things feel like they’ve slowed and they fixate on +100 / -200 fluctuations, the trend shows the bigger picture and confirms they’re moving in the right direction.

We’re often asked, “What’s my weight in stone and lbs?”
No more Googling. Just tap the weight change in kg and the app will instantly show:

Much cleaner. Much more professional.

🎄 Important: retrospective data
Data can be added retrospectively. If you find a quiet moment over Christmas while you’re in club, grab a folder and start inputting stats from trackers.
You only need to enter the 10-visit review stats. The date doesn’t need to be exact — just get as close as you can, as this data will be plotted on a graph.
