Probably a request for further down the line, but it would be great if we could have a tab for managing enquiries / phone numbers / leads and using it as a CRM reminding coaches when they need to touch base or reconnect with referrals or enquiries
Maybe -
hot leads, every 3 days
Cold leads, every 3 months
Referrals, every 2 weeks
Whatever we decide, but a way of helping cosches to organise their contacts and leads
